Off-the-Loom Needleweaving

Explore Silk Ribbon Embroidery

Learn basic stitches while making a needle case for your ribbon embroidery needles. Call to preregister.

Yarn Dyeing

Learn the basics of handpainting wool yarns with acid dyes and create two of your own custom yarns. One will be varigated and one self-striping pre-knitted blank. Please remember to bring an apron or wear clothes you don't mind getting stained! Call to preregister. Class size limited to four.

Beginning Weaving

Learn how to prepare a warp and loom, and learn to weave on a Fiber FUN Studio loom. Weave a plain weave scarf and a pattern weave project. Call or stop in to register.

Project Weaving

Plan a project and rent studio loom time at $5 per hour. Call or stop in to arrange times.


Rigid Heddle Loom Weaving

image On Saturdays for ages 10 years and up. Learn to direct warp and thread a rigid heddle loom and weave a scarf. Just stop in. Give yourself 2-3 hours to complete your scarf.
Cost: $10 plus materials.

Knitting Classes
